2. Our Services & How It Works

LallaDrive operates as an intermediary technology service built specifically to connect verified women drivers with women passengers. We facilitate two main types of transportation:

  • On-demand rides: Quick city transfers and intercity travel with transparent, mutually agreed fares.
  • Scheduled transport: Regular commutes, including daily workplace transportation and school runs for children.

3. Driver Verification & Safety Policy (KYC)

Safety is the foundational principle of LallaDrive. To maintain a trusted, women-only community, all registered drivers undergo strict Identity Verification (KYC) before taking their first ride.

This verification process requires valid national IDs, active driver’s licenses, vehicle inspection records, and insurance compliance. Accounts remain inactive until our team completes manual document validation.

4. Data Privacy & User Rights

We respect your privacy. We handle your personal details according to standard data protection principles:

  • GPS Tracking: Location data is accessed solely during active trips to enable live route tracking, safety check-ins, and accurate drop-offs.
  • No Third-Party Data Sales: Your personal information is never sold, rented, or traded to third parties for marketing purposes.
  • Your Control: You hold the right to access, update, or request the full deletion of your account and personal records at any time by emailing our support desk.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, graphics, codebases, layout designs, and original text content published on lalladrive.com and its mobile interfaces are protected intellectual property of LallaDrive. Unauthorized copying, scraping, or distribution without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.
